You’re doing all the right things, you stay at home, wash your hands and wear your mask when you have to go out.  Still, we all have someone in our world who doesn’t seem to be taking this pandemic seriously.

 

The anger you feel when you think about the sacrifices you’ve made for the greater good while others flaunt their seemingly selfish behavior now has a name. You’re “Pangry” and it’s totally normal.

The term “Pangry” was first coined in an article written by Kelsey Borresen for the HuffPost.  The article explains that feelings of anger are absolutely justified and offers some tips from therapists on how to deal with them.

 

A couple of ideas include channeling your anger into something more productive or taking a break from social media.
