Hi it’s Mark.  Hope you’ll listen weekday mornings on Easy 101.3!

Since starting on-air in London, Ont. I’ve hosted up ‘n down the radio dial in Ontario and Quebec (With Aliases: Marc Hollywood, Mark in the Dark, and Mark ChamPaine…), taught Broadcasting part-time at two Ontario Colleges, written a humour column, as well, I’ve had the privilege to co-host a couple TV shows, and being a fill-in weather presenter on CKCO (CTV) TV news,   I love meeting interesting people, and I look forward to meeting you!

Feel free to drop me a note at: mark@easy1013.ca

How Would Other’s Describe You?

“An Enigma wrapped in a Conundrum”

(I’m on the right)

Something You’re Passionate About?

Animals!  From my late rescue dog Gracie (pictured above) to the Donkeys I’ve helped volunteering at the Donkey Sanctuary of Canada,  I believe all animals deserve a chance, and to be cared for with love and protected.

The Alzheimer Society.  Our memory is so precious, especially as we age.

The night sky!  Most clear nights I make a point to step outside to look at the Moon and Stars.

History, Art, Music, technology and exploring Ontario, visiting ghost towns and reading, (I own a lot of books), interesting people, learning the history of the places and buildings I visit.

Love the great outdoors!  In the summer my Canoe stays on the car roof, I like to explore the back country of Algonquin Park, Killarney, Bon Echo and other beautiful places, many in Ontario.

Something You’ve Always Wanted To Do?

The list is long… from drive a Train (I like Trains), learn to Cook, be a better Photographer, maybe stand-up Comedian! (Humour brings people together)

I’m someone that loves trying new things and adventures!

If I wasn’t on the Radio I’d Probably Be…

At home playing music and talking to myself weekday mornings.

Perhaps a Commercial Pilot. (I have a private Pilots Licence), Teacher, Archaeologist, Astronomer (yes, I have many interests).  I try to enjoy whatever I do,  I love working with good genuine people no matter what the job!

Who Is Your Inspiration?

Parents, Father and Mother, (Dave and Nancy) they instill the best values in life, they lead by example, they were, and are, fair loving and caring, and fun and have always supported me!
