911 is for emergency use only.

That’s the message from London Police after they charged a man for making more than 72 calls to 911 over a three day period.

The calls, which were placed between January 25th and 27th, were deemed non-emergent in nature.

The 39 year old London man has been charged with mischief and harassing telecommunications.

Non-emergency calls to 911 reduce the ability of call-takers to answer real emergency calls.
