It’s peach season, and what better way to showcase this juicy fruit than making it the star for your next dessert!   This recipe is super easy and while you have the grill all fired up for your next dinner, keep it running and prepare this crowd pleasure dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • Just a pinch of salt
  • Peaches (3-4) depending on size – must be ripe
  • Olive oil or coconut oil

 

Directions:

Heat Grill to high.  In a small bowl add butter, cinnamon sugar, granulated sugar and salt and mix until smooth.

Cut peaches in half, remove pit.  Brush peaches with oil and grill until golden brown and is cooked through.  Remove from grill, top with a few teaspoons of butter mixture, top with your choice of ice cream and garnish with mint (mint optional).
