Celine Dion Attends Katy Perry Vegas Finale, Raising Hopes for Return Celine Dion was recently spotted out in public.  The singer has been dealing with a serious illness but was an audience member Saturday on the final night of Katy Perry‘s residency at the Resorts World Theatre.  The sight of Dion in the crowd for Perry’s swan song received even more attention than the attendance of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.   Fans of the singer are hoping that she is improving and might even be inching towards a career comeback.
