Willie Nelson’s Luck Reunion festival had to be called off because of the novel coronavirus, but now the performers will be playing for tips online tonight. The festival was supposed to be today in Nelson’s backyard in Luck, Texas, featuring Nelson, Jewel, Lucinda Williams, Paul Simon and Edie Brickell , Nathaniel Rateliff, Margo Price and Randy Hauser, among others. The musicians will livestream their performances tonight for free, but fans can opt to contribute to a digital tip jar. Organizers say the tips “will be divided equally, and transparently, among all performers.” Artists are free to donate their tips to charities of their choice.
