The Police Special Investigations Unit has cleared a London officer of any wrong doing in the death of a 21 year old man in August.

On August 22nd, 911 received a call about a man in medical distress.

London Police arrived first and was told by the woman she had given the man two doses of Naloxone to reverse a suspected overdose.

On the advice from paramedics, the officer administered a third dose of Naloxone. The man was transported to hospital but died two days later.

The SIU found the officers actions did not contribute to the mans death in anyway and the case was closed.
